To freeze rows in Excel 2008 on a Mac:
- Put your cursor where you want to freeze your rows or columns in Excel
- Go to View
- Change it to Normal
- Go to Windows and select Freeze Panes

I have tried this numerous times but it keeps freezing to row 22 and I am selected on row 1 so I am not sure what is going on, any help?
